CrossFit Antaeus is a world-class CrossFit facility located in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire



CrossFit Antaeus is not just a place to get a good workout – it’s a diverse community that includes members of our armed forces, full-time mums, doctors, police officers, business executives, elite athletes and retired grandparents. We have created an inclusive environment, which means our members all know each other, support one another, and socialise in and outside of the gym. Also, whilst much of our training is timed and competitive, it is all done in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
